People all across Canada will be walking on the evening of February 21st to support charities which help the hungry, homeless and hurting. In 2014 13,500 walkers raised $2.5m across Canada.
The Coldest Night of the Year walk in Kentville supports Open Arms - the only organization offering emergency shelter and assistance for those who are homeless or in crisis in the Annapolis Valley.
To join us on the walk either contact me or sign up online to join our team, Lawrencetown Loafers. If you sign up on-line make sure to choose the option of not paying a fee, you can always change that on the day. Don't worry if you don't have transport to get to the event we will make arrangements.
Donors can pledge online or with me. Simon Goodfellow 309-9176
