Lawrencetown Male Choir
The church hosts the Lawrencetown Male Choir who perform up and down the Annapolis Valley and beyond. The choir is was led by Carol Baltzer for more than 20 years until she retired from the position in late 2014. The choir is currently looking for a new leader. The choir sings a range of gospel material and has a heart for traditional gospel music. The choir welcomes all men and practices on a Friday night. The choir has a popular CD of Christmas Songs recorded in 2008.
The Library is located at the back of the Sanctuary and library books are available to sign out…before or after church on Sunday or on Thursday morning. There is a sign out sheet on the bookcase; all we ask is that you fill out the sheet so that we know which books are being used, and where they are. When you return the book please write in the day that you returned it and place in the return section. Enjoy!
Since 2008 the Church has biannually presented a Live Nativity at the Exhibition Grounds, using live animals, a cast and a choir to celebrate the birth of Jesus in a powerful way. The events are well attended with several hundred people braving the cold night in December to enjoy the experience.
